4insight Offers Channel Islands' First Viewing Studios

Researchers Dorothy and Ray Parker have set up a new marketing research and competitor intelligence company called 4insight in St Helier, Jersey, which offers what they claim to be the Channel Islands' first professional viewing studios.

In Jersey, 4insight offers focus groups, depth interviews and online communities to explore emotional reasons for consumer behaviour and identify motivating language and insights. In addition, their viewing studio offers a range of live video streaming, web usability and eye tracking facilities.

Commenting on the launch, Ray Parker said: 'We have come to Jersey at a critical time, when the island is looking outside itself to find new markets and compete more effectively in the markets it already has. We believe we can assist this push, by making our facilities and advanced global expertise available locally to businesses, large and small.'
