UK-based eDigitalResearch has appointed former Nielsen exec Neil Callaghan as Head of Business Development, to help lead a major business drive for the company.
Founded in 1999, eDigital is headquartered in Hampshire and also has offices
in central London. Callaghan (pictured) joins after six years with Nielsen, within the firm’s Decisions Made Easy business, which specialises in solutions for FMCG suppliers and retailers. He began his career at Marks & Spencer, and has since held senior roles at NOP Mystery Shopping, Entri Market Research and IRI.
The firm has also promoted Technical Manager Ben Benson
to the role of Business Development Manager for Major Projects. Benson has worked for the company since 2009.
