In the UK, Ipsos has transferred Belinda Freeman to the new role of Global Head of Distribution and Merchandising Tracking, with a particular focus on emerging markets.
Freeman (pictured) joined the firm seventeen months ago as Global Shopper Research Director, to build the division globally. Prior to this, she was Director of Operations and Client Service at SymphonyIRI; Manager - Beauty UK for The NPD Group; Commercial Director of Retailer Services at GfK; and Head of Sales for Nielsen Media Research’s Adex service.
In her new London-based role reporting to Hans Raemdonck
, Freeman will lead the service which conducts in-store audits to measure product information at shelf - such as promotions, pricing, and merchandising. She will also tap into the company’s existing capabilities and client relationships across various countries.
