HR Data Firm Launches Consulting Division

Compensation and benefits data provider Compdata Surveys has launched a new division, Compdata Consulting, offering integrated solutions for human resources clients; and named Dane Sinn to head it up as Director of Consulting Services.

The new division will make use of the company's established database of pay and benefits, and will work with clients to identify effective, progressive strategies for building competitive compensation structures, and boasts consultants with a combined total of more than 100 years of relevant experience. Services include total rewards strategies, job evaluations, market reviews, executive compensation, performance management systems and benefits prevalence reviews.

'Compdata Surveys has always provided consulting services to its customers, but demand has grown significantly in recent years, and we actually found ourselves turning clients away', says Sinn. 'In an effort to meet our customers' needs, we have expanded our services and now offer a full-service consulting division.
