Social media analytics specialist Visible Technologies has upgraded its Visible Intelligence platform, adding multilingual social media metrics and new dashboard options.
The company says the new release allows users to monitor multiple projects, regions and languages via a single, simple, customisable dashboard. Sentiment analysis is available in four new languages - Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese, and these can be accessed within a single workspace for simplified viewing and comparison of analytics. More drill-down options and better sharing are also added.
