Former Research Now director Johnny Caldwell has joined brand tracking agency Nepa, in the newly created role of Client Services Director in its Soho, London-based office.

Nepa, which specialises in building online panels for conducting quant surveys, operates from its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden, as well as from offices in China, Finland, Germany, India, Norway and the UK.

Caldwell (pictured) joins with more than 20 years’ market research industry experience. For the past eight years, he worked at panel specialist Research Now – initially as Director of Client Services and latterly as Director of Knowledge and Strategy. Prior to this, he served as European Director for Research at Red Sheriff/Nielsen/Net Ratings; Research Manager at The Research Business International (TRBi); and Research Manager at ORC International.

In his new role, Caldwell will be involved in sales, new product development, and insight generation for clients in the UK. He describes Nepa as a ‘young and ambitious company’ and says he is looking forward to helping the current management team develop the business in the UK and beyond.
