GoodData Partners for AsiaPac Roll-Out

San Francisco-based business intelligence analytics provider GoodData has expanded in Asia Pacific region through a partnership with its regional MD Chris Gartlan.

Chris GartlanThe firm offers a cloud-based data analytics platform which provides clients with operational dashboards, advanced reporting and data warehousing, also accessible through mobile apps. In July, GoodData secured a $25m Series C investment, bringing the total raised to $53.5m since the company's launch in 2007.

The new initiative will be known as GoodData Pty Ltd and led by Gartlan, who is tasked with extending the availability of the firm's products across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the broader AsiaPac region.

Melbourne-based Gartlan (pictured) joined the firm in January from interactive marketing agency ExactTarget where he was MD, Australia. Prior to this he founded and led ExactTarget technology distributor mPath Global, sell ExactTarget products across the AsiaPac region.

According to Roman Stanek, founder and CEO of GoodData, 'Our alignment with Chris and his team will help GoodData accelerate its market growth, resulting in unrivalled solution delivery and service to our clients in the Asia Pacific region.'
