BDRC Continental Adds Four

UK agency BDRC Continental has announced four new appointments in its Financial & Business and Hotels & Hospitality divisions, including the return of Caroline Ahmed as Commercial Director in the former.

Ahmed, who originally joined BDRC in 2005 and left to head up Foolproof's Insight and Practice operations. takes responsibility for managing and growing the division's client list, and for extending its mobile offering. Her experience includes customer experience, branding and communications testing.

The Hotels & Hospitality division adds three staff, Quintin Matthee as SRE, James Harrison as Research Executive and Delia Williams-Falokun as Research Assistant.

Matthee has worked in marketing and insight roles in the UK and France, most recently at 2Europe, and will now manage global fieldwork and reporting for the division's flagship Hotel Guest Surveys; supported by Harrison who will focus on analysis and reporting. Williams-Falokun meanwhile will support users of the firm's Customer Experience Management programmes.

Group CEO Dr. Cris Tarrant says Ahmed is the fifth person to rejoin the Group over the past year, after Asia MD Piers Lee, Director Katie Vosper, and part-time returnees Abi Styles and Annette White. He adds: 'I believe their return is testament to BDRC's commitment to its people and working practices, and I wish them all every success for their future career with us.'

BDRC was established in 1991 and rebranded on merging with Continental Research in 2010. It forms part of the BDRC Group, which also comprises operations company Perspective Research Services, central London viewing facility Holborn Focus, BDRC Asia in Singapore, BDRC Jones Donald in Sydney and, most recently, retail insight specialist ESA.
