Vital Insights Expands in Europe

Automotive customer feedback specialist Vital Insights has opened two new regional offices near Paris and London, complementing its existing offices in Germany and the Czech Republic.

The company says the new locations will serve the France-Benelux area and the UK-Nordics region, supporting its customer base in Europe. Vital Insights' flagship Foresight platform distributes, gathers and manages customer feedback, and triggers 'unhappy customer' alerts to staff in real-time. Its newest product, Foresight Mobile, enables clients to respond to issues directly from their wireless smartphones.

Commenting on the expansion, President and CEO Jason Tryfon (pictured) said: 'As the pioneers of issue resolution technology, and the leaders in automotive CEM, we understand the importance and value of a global presence. It's thrilling to see Foresight taking off in Europe and around the world, and I'm extremely excited for the future.'

To lead business development initiatives at the new offices, Vital Insights has hired Fiat France's former CEO Jean-Michel Benne and auto sales expert Herbert Lonsdale as Sales Directors for the European areas. Prior to working at Fiat, Benne held senior roles at Fiat, BMW, Volvo, Nissan and Mercedes-Benz; while Lonsdale previously served as MD of BTC Solutions, and held sales positions with R.L. Polk, Reynolds & Reynolds, Carter and Carter, Alison Associates and Nissan.

A new office is also planned for Shanghai, China, with other regional bases soon to be announced.
