Vital Findings Hires Rubin with Growth in Mind

Los Angeles-based full service agency Vital Findings has appointed former Nielsen and Maritz exec Mary Rubin as Vice President, to work closely with founder Jason Kramer to grow the business and expand its intellectual assets.

Mary RubinVital Findings was set up in 2010 by Kramer, the co-founder of entertainment, media and technology market research firm Interpret. The company offers qual and quant research, design research and advanced analytics to clients across a broad range of industries, including the movie studios and the consumer electronics and technology sectors.

Rubin (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' marketing research and management experience. Most recently, she worked at Nielsen, where she served as VP, Client Service in charge of the North American qual research business. Prior to this she was a Partner at Galileo Market Research, and she spent ten years at Maritz Marketing Research as VP, Division Manager.

In her new role, reporting to Kramer, Rubin will lead research projects using the business consulting and innovation tools developed by his firm. She will also be responsible for organizational and staff development, and for expanding and enhancing areas such as collaborative brainstorming, category immersions, and visual storytelling.
