Ipsos Opens APAC Employee Research Division

Ipsos has set up a new Employee Relationship Management (ERM) practice in APAC, helping clients with talent attraction, employer branding, leadership development and staff retention strategies.

The new division, Ipsos ERM, specialises in employer brand and employee engagement research programs, while also assessing corporate values, testing recruitment campaigns, auditing internal communications, and evaluating HR management policies and practices.

JB Aloy (pictured), formerly the firm's Deputy MD for Employee Research in France, has moved to Hong Kong to take up the position of Senior Vice President - Employee Research for APAC, in charge of the new practice. He has spent twelve years in positions with Ipsos in Europe and North America.

Commenting on his new role, Aloy says candidate and employee relationship management in the region require a great deal of cross-cultural sensitivity, and the new practice will endeavour to bring 'fresh perspectives' to clients on HR challenges such as talent attraction and retention.
