Randall-Reilly Launches Trucking Sector Tool

Trucking industry analyst Randall-Reilly has introduced a tool called RigDig Business Intelligence (BI), to help truck manufacturers, dealers and aftermarket providers analyse customer buying cycles, purchase behavior and market share.

RigDig revs upSince its launch in 2009, the firm has been collating public and private data sources in the trucking industry, through which RigDig BI users can now identify and target prospects, arm their sales teams with information on customer purchasing behavior, and integrate this intelligence into their internal CRM tools. The firm has also signed a deal to integrate Dun & Bradstreet data with the application.
