Emma Adds Glamour to SurveyMonkey

Web-based e-mail company Emma, Inc. has partnered with DIY research firm SurveyMonkey to help clients of both firms distribute surveys and gather feedback in an 'aesthetically pleasing way'.

Kate Brennan and Annie WilliamsNashville-based Emma has developed a service to enable organizations to design e-mail newsletters and online surveys, send them to large opt-in audiences, and track the response. Clients can now access surveys in their SurveyMonkey account directly from Emma's campaign editor.

Kate Brennan, SurveyMonkey's Director of Business Development, describes the resulting product as 'both beautiful and easy to use', while also providing a powerful engine for engaging with customers.

Emma's Director of Partnerships, Annie Williams adds: 'SurveyMonkey has a rich feature set for creating robust surveys, and many of our customers are already using it as part of their marketing toolkit. This integration streamlines the workflow for our customers, saving them time as they create e-mails in Emma's drag and drop editor.'
