YFind Launches Shopper Location Tool

Singapore-based YFind, which helps brick-and-mortar retailers track and analyze movement in any indoor or urban environment, has launched a shopper analytics dashboard called TheRetailHQ, which pinpoints shoppers' specific locations inside a store.

Melvin YuanThe new tool uses WiFi-based indoor positioning technologies to identify unique shoppers and new versus repeat customers, and track their 'dwell-time' in specific locations within the store.

Using TheRetailHQ, YFind says retailers can generate traffic-based ROI for advertising and promotional campaigns based on real footfall data.
