Double Helix Names Asia Pac Consulting Leader

Pharma specialist Double Helix Consulting has appointed former Deloitte exec Callum Bir to lead its Asia Pacific consulting business, based in its Singapore office.

Bir brings eighteen years' experience in business consulting from Australia, China, India, Japan and South East Asia, working with governments, healthcare providers, payers and CROs. Most recently, he worked as Head of Deloitte Consulting's South East Asia Life Sciences and Healthcare practice.

Double Helix, which was acquired just under a year ago by Interpublic company McCann Health, says the appointment signals its intention to become 'the market leading provider of strategic consulting to the healthcare and life sciences sectors within Asia Pacific', and says Bir's experience will both enhance its core strategic market access consulting service and help launch its strategy consulting services to life sciences and healthcare clients.
