Rapid Revenue Growth for QuestBack

EFM and customer experience solutions firm QuestBack has announced revenues up 25% in 2012, to $US 49.54m.

The firm says that during the year it 'emerged as the undisputed leader in the European EFM market and one of the leading global EFM providers' - it now has seven fully owned subsidiaries in Europe and the US, and franchise offices in another twelve countries. Billings rose 28% from 2011 and reported EBITDA was $5.33m.

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in Oslo, Norway, QuestBack is privately held with more than 300 employees in 19 offices worldwide, more than 4,500 global customers, and owns or supports more than 400 communities with 18 million members.
