Tpoll Launches Online Qual Solution

June 17 2013

UK-based Tpoll has announced a new online qual research platform, developed in-house and allowing researchers to moderate forums simultaneously in different languages across formats and in different time zones.

Qual around the world...The launch rounds out the company's portfolio of online qualitative methods which includes live groups, bulletin boards and communities. The new platform gives users the ability to add stimulus materials to the discussion, use scribble tools, emoticons and text on imagery; and add videos from sources including web cams and YouTube. The software can be branded with users' own identity and format, and Tpoll says groups can remain 'live' for days, weeks or months to allow clients to measure the effect of various off-line events where required.

Recent uses of the developing suite have included getting teenagers to use smart and mobile devices while watching a TV screen and commenting on a show; bulletin boards to research comedy in the UK over a period of 3 weeks; and measuring the attitudinal differences to FMCG products in 4 different European countries.

Tpoll, which describes itself as a full service online research specialist, is online at www.tpoll.com .
