MARSC Launches New Community Interface

Surrey, UK-based MR community and panel management tech company MARSC Ltd has released a new version of its MARSC solution, including a panellists' interface built into a fully featured Content Management System (CMS); and new tools for monitoring panel health.

The new interface, MARSC Community, is fully customisable to allow well-profiled target audiences from small community panels to large enterprise panels, and combines new social media and community tools with multi-site management and multi-lingual content options, promising 'higher response rates and faster results'.

A new panel manager module allows users to drill down into panellist information for simple identification of low responders and speeders, and also helps spot duplicate panel members using a 'fuzzy match filtering system'. Panellists can be emailed individually or in groups.

MD Julian Simpson says the new version builds on the company's existing reputation for 'a sophisticated sampling solution and added outstanding new panel management tools.'
