Flamingo Hires Former Firefly MB AD

UK-based consumer and cultural insight agency Flamingo has hired former Firefly Millward Brown exec David Moir as a creative development expert in its London practice.

Flamingo was founded in 1997 by Kirsty Fuller and Maggie Collier and acquired by media and marketing holding group Omnicom a decade later. As well as its office in London, the firm operates in Mumbai, New York, Shanghai, Singapore, and Tokyo.

Moir (pictured) joins after more than six years at qual specialist Firefly Millward Brown, where he latterly served as Associate Director, managing and leading domestic and international studies with a focus on brand strategy, advertising development, and NPD.

In his new role, he reports to Andy Davidson, Head of the UK practice, who comments: 'Flamingo has long prided itself on our strong relationship with the planning community and David joining underlines our commitment to that.'
