Badgeville Opens Gamification Research Lab

Badgeville - whose platform allows users to incorporate gamification elements into their online strategies - has launched 'The Behavior Lab', through which it will research the best means to influence customer and employee behavior with game design techniques.

In the new lab, the firm's team of game designers, loyalty experts, analysts and employee performance specialists will analyze billions of actions to uncover patterns that are likely to drive higher levels of employee productivity and customer loyalty; and will then combine this with experience from thousands of gamification projects to compile and publish templates for business uses ranging from community engagement to employment productivity, and educational training programs.
