Logicalis Launches Higher Education Analytics

IT solutions and managed services provider Logicalis has launched a predictive analytics package called Student Analytics, to help UK universities and higher education establishments drive their student retention and engagement strategies.

Logicalis has operations in Europe, North America, South America and Asia Pacific, and offers expertise in communications and collaboration; data centre and cloud services; and managed services.

The new Student Analytics tool, powered by IBM SPSS technology, enables universities to capture, predict, and act on a range of student data such as lecture attendance, use of library cards, student union and other facilities, in order to map students' attendance, engagement with services and views on participation against key metrics and risk factors.
