Research community specialist Vision Critical has launched a co-creation tool called the IdeaHub, through which clients can tap into the ideas of customers, employees or other stakeholders for innovation and new product development.
The new solution targets members of Vision Critical's existing insight communities, market panels and internal online groups, presenting them with an outline explaining the client's challenge, and members then generate and submit ideas via text, images, audio and video. Ideas with potential are identified and sent back to the community to evaluate, and revised ideas are returned to members for re-evaluation, rescoring and a final decision.
