In the US, 'foresight analytics' specialist 4i has appointed four new executive members of staff, including former Nielsen leaders Nick Weber as a Director and Colin Hare as SVP and Leader of its Growth Solutions practice.
The firm assists clients in uncovering future growth opportunities, sizing future demand and developing growth strategies, with the help of proprietary tools.
Hare previously served as SVP/MD of Consulting at Market Fusion Analytics, in charge of a team delivering solutions to the firm's two largest clients. Prior to this, he held senior roles at Nielsen for six years, where he latterly served as Group VP - Professional Services/Analytics. Earlier, he was Corporate Strategy Manager at Miller Brewing. At 4i, Hare will further develop the Solutions practice from the Dallas, Texas office.
Weber joins with more than thirteen years' experience in marketing, analytics and management consulting roles. Most recently, he served as a Director and Project Lead for Nielsen's Marketing ROI group, and he was a member of the firm's Business Consulting Practice. Earlier, he was a Consultant at process management consultancy PRTM. In his new role, Weber's focus will be on moving clients from one-off and ad hoc studies, to ongoing, technology-enabled projects that will provide predictive growth insights. He will also be responsible for designing and implementing analytics-based growth solutions for clients.
In addition, 4i has appointed Aaron Schultze, previously as Manager of Strategic Projects and Business Development at Ryerson, as Senior Manager, Growth Strategy and Analytics in Chicago; and Dave Gorey as Marketing Manager, with a remit to help develop and execute 4i's marketing strategy and reinforce its position in the foresight analytics arena.
