AMRB Opens 'Client Service Hub' in Saudi

November 1 2013

Dubai-based research consultancy AMRB has opened an office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in order to provide local support to clients across the region.

Ashish AroraKantar-owned AMRB was set up in 1999 to offer research services across the Middle East and North Africa. In addition to its offices in Dubai and Riyadh, the firm has operations in Egypt, Algeria and Morocco, as well as existing client service hubs in Cairo and Casablanca.

Ashish Arora (pictured) joins in Riyadh from customer and market insights consultancy 4SIGHT - Arabian Market Vision, where he was an Account Director. Prior to this, he worked for Kantar-owned IMRB International India for more than six years, latterly as Insights Director.

AMRB CEO Gagan Bhalla comments: 'We were previously servicing the Saudi Arabia market remotely from Dubai, but we increasingly felt the need to have locally based client servicing capabilities, so that we could be closer to our clients in the Kingdom. Riyadh was the natural choice of location as many potential clients within the telecom, financial services and food and beverage sectors are headquartered here.'
