SandSIV Upgrades VoC Survey Tool

Swiss-based Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Customer Experience Management (CEM) technology firm SandSIV AG has released a new version of its VoC Feedback data capture product.

VoC Feedback 4.1.0 is an SaaS turnkey data-capturing tool allowing users to generate and manage customer surveys across multiple channels, including SMS, Email and Voice, in a wide range of languages.

The latest version adds open question or matrix grouping, drag and drop question functionality, new data import and export functionality including custom and scheduled reports.

Dennis Weiss, the firm's Head of Solution Management, says the release is a milestone: 'we have pulled out all the stops in developing significant quality enhancements, new breakthrough functionality and comprehensive support material. The release also signifies the start of a series of product releases, culminating with the much anticipated VoC Hub scheduled for end Q1 2014.'
