Quadrangle Promotes Three

In the UK, research consultancy Quadrangle has promoted former YouGov MD Phil Rance to the position of Partner, while Steven Brown and Peter Hasler become Directors. The firm says the moves reflect its focus on the area of customer experience.

Quadrangle, which was launched in central London in 1987, is a full service research agency and consultancy specialising in brand planning and customer strategy, with its own data collection division called RED (formerly known as FieldWorks).

Rance joined early last year as Corporate Development Director from YouGov where he was UK MD. Prior to this he was MD, EMEA at Research Now, and he held senior roles at the AA, Bradford & Bingley, and The COBA Group. During the last year, he has led new sales and marketing campaigns, and helped to develop Quadrangle's in-house data collection business.

Brown held senior research positions at Research International and ICD Research before joining the company in 2009, while Hasler joined in 2012 after roles at The Licensing Company and Ipsos.
