Research Runner Hires Mancuso to Lead Fieldwork Arm

UK-based Research Runner - the MR support agency set up by former Opinion Health sales specialist Julian Haste - has appointed Giuseppe Mancuso as Fieldwork Solutions Director, in charge of its fieldwork division.

Giuseppe MancusoResearch Runner was launched in 2011, to offer business development consultancy services to market research firms. The company also helps with sourcing quotes for qual and quant projects, assisting on all methodologies for fieldwork including recruitment for focus groups and panels, and building online communities and panels.

Mancuso (pictured) joins from OnePoll, where he served as MR Development Director, prior to which he was Client Development Manager at Research Now, Business Development Manager at The iD Factor, and a European Account Manager at GMI. Earlier, he spent more than five years at ORC International, where he began as a telephone interviewer in 2002 and latterly served as Project/Assistant Consumer Manager.

In his new role, Mancuso is tasked with identifying potential partners globally and negotiating project costs and pricing; sourcing resources internally and externally for fieldwork execution; and monitoring and supervising all fieldwork. He will also manage external panel partners.

Commenting on the appointment, Haste said: 'I am very excited to welcome Giuseppe Mancuso on board to head up our fieldwork division. We worked together at GMI and his experience, combined that of our Senior Project Manager Pierre Salvy, makes this a very strong team.'
