Schlesinger Launches Online Services in Europe

US-based fieldwork firm Schlesinger Associates has launched its online service Schlesinger Interactive in Europe, led by James Sallows, who joined the company in September.

Schlesinger Interactive Europe's offer includes online data collection, interactive communities and 'new and evolving technologies'. MD Sallows says the group is 'at the frontline of respondent engagement' and has a 'strong qualitative recruitment heritage' which allows it to find hard-to-reach B2B and consumer populations using a combination of web-to-web and phone-to-web recruitment. He adds: 'This enables us to build and maintain niche communities of highly-engaged participants for both quantitative and qualitative research.'

CEO Steve Schlesinger comments: 'This launch of our online services in Europe underscores our continued commitment to providing a broad range of high quality research solutions to meet researchers' developing needs both in our proprietary markets and worldwide.'

At the same time as appointing Sallows, Schlesinger announced the arrival of Eric Nalpas, the former owner and MD of ConsuMed Research, as its overall Managing Director in Europe. The group also hired qual execs Samantha Bacelieri-Centers and Scott Baker two weeks ago and former uSamp director Kristen Tripphahn as Vice President, Global Panels last month.
