Lumi Unveils More Advanced Survey App

Recently-rebranded London-based mobile research technology specialist Lumi has announced the launch of Lumi Say, a new DIY mobile survey app which extends the existing Lumi SURVEY platform.

Lumi Unveils More Advanced Survey AppAvailable for iPhone, Android and Mobile Web, the new app is accessed via a new dashboard boasting easier navigation and an improved respondent management process, shortening timeframes to create and publish projects. Other specific features are the new app's 'unique' geo-fencing and geo-triggering capabilities, for targeting participants; advanced event triggers to send out surveys and tasks depending on specific behavior, time or events; and a synchronized approach with mobile web and native (offline) app.

The firm announced two weeks ago that it was merging the original Lumi Mobile brand and recently acquired voting systems business IML Worldwide under the simpler brand of Lumi.

CEO Richard Taylor says the platform is being used 'in increasingly diverse ways', including purchase tracking, measuring media consumption and measuring learning with scored questions for accreditation.
