New Firm Altocloud Makes it Personal

Technology industry execs Barry O'Sullivan, Joe Smyth and Dan Arra have set up a platform called Altocloud, which uses analytics and machine learning to produce personalized customer communications. The firm has bases in Galway, Ireland and Silicon Valley, USA.

Altocloud can be integrated with existing enterprise contact center, marketing automation, CRM and web analytics solutions across mobile and web. Developers can embed rich voice, video and chat communications directly within mobile and web applications, and central to the solution is a real-time analytics and learning engine that combines customer interaction and business data for personal recommendations and predictive routing.
