Former Aer Lingus Exec David Kelly Joins Catalyst

Former Aer Lingus Marketing & Sales Director David Kelly has joined customer satisfaction and mystery shopping specialist Catalyst Market Research as a Consultant at its offices in Dublin.

Catalyst was established in 1996 by Dan McGuinness and has offices in Dublin and London, plus partners in North America and Europe. Using both qual and quant techniques, the firm offers a wide range of services including mystery shopping, retail auditing and staff performance measurement services.

Kelly (pictured) joins with expertise in statistical modelling, advanced analytics and big data. Before working at Aer Lingus he was Commercial Director at Independent News & Media, and Head of Business Intelligence at telecoms provider eircom.
