National Research Corp COO Resigns

Lincoln, Nebraska-based patient insights and healthcare analytics specialist the National Research Corporation (NRC) has announced that its President and Chief Operating Officer Susan Henricks has resigned from the company. The firm has not given a reason.

Susan HenricksNRC's services include 'patient centered' care products and services for patient satisfaction research, family experience surveys, physician and employee engagement studies. Last year, it repurposed some of its offerings into a solution called 'Customer Connect', which offers a longitudinal, lifetime profile of an individual.

Henricks (pictured) joined in 2011, having previously co-founded private equity firm Arbor Capital, which focuses on the marketing and information services, payments technology and BPO sectors. Prior to this she was President of the Financial Institution Services business of First Data Corporation, and President of the Directories business at printing giant RR Donnelley. Earlier, she served as President of First Data Enterprises, led direct marketing services firm Metromail Corporation, was COO at InfoUSA, and President and CEO of Experian Marketing Solutions.

Henricks, described on joining the company by CEO Michael Hays as an 'innovative leader' with exceptional experience managing data, information services, direct marketing and technology companies, received total compensation of more than $936k in 2012 according to the company's 2012 annual report. National Research Corp declined to offer more information about the resignation.
