eCGlobal Launches LatAm DIY Research Tool

eCGlobal Solutions - which provides online communities and panels across Latin America - has launched a DIY research platform called eCInstant, providing access to millions of online consumers across the region.

Adriana RochaeCGlobal specialises in panel and fieldwork provision at both regional and local levels for the US Hispanic and Latin American markets, but has been focusing on the latter since 2008. In addition, the firm offers a social media research platform that allows consumers to set profiles and connect with other users according to their areas of interest.

The new eCInstant SaaS platform allows users to build interactive surveys, and filter the target population by country, gender, region and age, as well as by advanced profiling information such as possession of goods, brand preference, and U&A (usage and attitude) in different product categories. Feedback can be gathered through the Internet and mobile devices, with access to segmented profiles of Latin American consumers.
