Growth and Promotions for AskingCanadians Owner

Delvinia, the parent company of AskingCanadians, is expanding its leadership team with four senior promotions; and has taken over neighbouring office space to double its capacity.

Raj ManochaThe Toronto-based company, which launched a new AskingAmericans service in April, says its first quarter revenues rose 40 percent year-on-year.

Raj Manocha (pictured) is promoted to SVP of the AskingCanadians business unit, having joined the company as Director of Sales in 2011. Roy Gonsalves becomes the unit's new VP of Sales while Angela Lau moves up to become Director of Operations for the data collection business.

Meanwhile, in the firm's digital consulting practice, Rosalina Lin-Allen becomes SVP.

Delvinia was established in 1998, and the data collection division, now known as AskingCanadians, in 2005. The latter owns and manages an online research community of 600,000 Canadians, and also provides a range of data products and services to the marketing and research communities. The new office space gives the firm an additional 50 desks.

According to Delvinia CEO Adam Froman: 'The team members being promoted to more senior roles within our company have been instrumental in the success of our business to date and will continue to play key roles going forward'.
