Radius Global Opens in Dubai

US-based full service agency Radius Global Market Research has expanded operations to the Middle East and Africa by opening an office in Dubai, led by Research Director Nitin Ladva.

Nitin LadvaThe firm currently employs more than 100 staff in New York, at its London-based Radius EMEA, and at Radius Asia in Beijing, China.

Ladva (pictured) joined in 2011, having previously run his own company, MR Strategic and Project Management Consultancy, and worked at Synovate as Client Service Director, Central Eastern Europe and Middle East (CEEME). Earlier in his career, he held senior research roles at Maritz Research, International Research Consultants and Synovate UK, and worked as Head of Automotive Research at Synovate Thailand. He also spent a year as Research Manager (GCI) - Asia Pacific Africa at Ford Motors.

In his new role, Ladva will be supported by Senior Project Director Vishal Vasavada, who joins with responsibility for day-to-day operations and business development. He has more than a decade of market research and planning experience, and most recently served as Regional Insights Manager at Universal Media, prior to which he was a Qual Research Manager at Synovate, and held senior research roles at the Pan Arab Research Center, and InCite Research and Marketing.

Commenting on the launch of the new office, Ladva said: 'The Middle East and Africa are regions that continue to grow in importance among marketers. Having a dedicated experienced team in Dubai will allow us to deliver specific strategies that will drive business results.'
