Audience Partners Shuffles Senior Team, Adds New CEO

Audience Partners, an ad technology firm focused on political and health care clients, has appointed Dave Helmreich as its new Chief Exec, with Jeff Dittus moving to the role of Chairman, and current Chairman and co-founder Rich Masterson taking a new role focused on Corporate Development.

Dave HelmreichBased in Philadelphia, the company uses data science, programmatic ad-buying and proprietary first party data assets to provide cross-platform ad targeting services for clients including Senators, Governors, US Government agencies, major hospitals and health insurers.

Helmreich (pictured) began his career as a carrier-based Naval Flight Officer, and now has more than twenty years of experience using technology to enhance business performance. Most recently, he was SVP of the Media and Advertising business at Neustar, and before this he was General Manager and VP of AdAdvisor, a pioneering online predictive analytics solution he co-founded at TARGUSinfo in 2007. TARGUS was acquired by Neustar in 2011.
