Innovate, the on-demand panels and sample company launched recently by uSamp founders Matt Dusig and Gregg Lavin, has hired Lisa Wilding-Brown as EVP of Global Operations, based in Dallas, Texas; and Amanda Keller as Senior Director of Global Project Management, based in Encino, CA.
Wilding-Brown's decade of MR experience includes panel management and online recruitment, in addition to full service mixed-mode field management, and with a recent focus on niche panel development and operational scaling. She joined Harris Interactive in 2003, helping to develop the company's full-service online project management group and then moving to the panel team. She later joined uSamp, and most recently has worked as an independent consultant.
'We've had the pleasure of working with Lisa for several years' says Dusig, 'both as a colleague and as a client. Lisa is a true leader in our space and we know her rich experience and expertise across various modes of research will benefit our company greatly.'
Keller began her career at Toluna as a Project Manager, and most recently ran the operations team for Cint in North America, Latin America and Asia Pacific. In addition to operations, her expertise includes training and development.
Co-founder George Llorens says Keller's arrival will 'help strengthen the company's client-centric model even more', and comments: 'Amanda is regarded as one of the brightest operational talents in project management within the industry and we are thrilled to welcome her to our growing team.'
