AdRoll Extends Twitter Retargeting Service

San Francisco-based ad platform AdRoll has launched a self-serve Twitter-retargeting service, available through its dashboard.

Aaron BellAdvertisers can now sync their new or existing audience segments to Twitter 'in minutes', and retarget them with Promoted Tweets or Promoted Accounts campaigns on mobile, tablet and desktop. A similar service using Facebook Exchange was launched last year.

In a blog post the firm, which recently closed a $70m funding round said it had achieved strong results with beta advertisers and will be offering users the new service free of charge until the end of September.

AdRoll, whose CEO Aaron Bell is pictured, announced three weeks ago that it had relocated to larger offices in Dublin, Ireland, and is planning to hire 100 additional staff.
