Five Appointed at Join the Dots

Manchester, UK-based agency Join the Dots has appointed Jane Dugdale, formerly of Colgate-Palmolive and Kimberly-Clark Europe, as a Research Director; and David Waring as an AD. Three other recent hires have also been announced.

Dugdale brings more than twelve years' experience in market research, most recently at the two consumer giants. She began her career on the agency side at MMR Research.

Waring has worked in MR for seven years, most recently at Optimisa where he specialised in online qual. His experience spans media, finance, FMCG, utilities and social research.

In recent months the firm has also hired Piers Bainton, previously of Adelphi Research Global, and Suzy Clemo, previously of rdsi, both as Research Managers; and Janine Grice as an SRE.

Join the Dots, which recently announced a 23% increase in annual revenue to £4.9m in 2013, picked up two Insight Awards last month from client side research association AURA, including Agency of the Year.
