In Cold Spring, KY, USA, former Procter and Gamble exec Sarah Faulkner has launched her own consultancy providing insight-driven innovation and brand building services for consumer goods and services companies.
Faulkner spent fourteen years at P&G, working across consumer insights, market research, innovation and brand strategy. For the past six, she focused on corporate innovation, including the joint venture between P&G and Whirlpool and the current launch of the Swash laundry-refreshing device.
The new firm, Faulkner Strategic Consulting, will help clients identify and assess new market opportunities and develop new products and services. 'Everyone wants to be customer-focused, but the challenge is how to gather and integrate consumer and market insights in a way that helps inspire meaningful future innovation' comments Faulkner.
