London-based online research ‘app store’ platform ZappiStore has commenced operations in Singapore and will open an office there in the first week of November. A Boston office will also be opened, later this month.
Launched last year by Spring Research founder Stephen Phillips (pictured), ZappiStore allows users to purchase access to market research solutions to use in their creative testing and new product development projects. The ‘express’ version of TNS’ flagship ConversionModel brand equity tool and the DIY version of Millward Brown eStatic copy-testing solution are available on the ZappiStore platform, and last month their parent company Kantar invested an undisclosed amount in the company.
Commenting on the expansion, Phillips said: ‘We have had great demand for our services in Singapore, so it made sense to make it the first new country in our Q3 2014 expansion program. With a host of new countries being made available in the coming months, ZappiStore is becoming a truly global enterprise.’
ZappiStore already operates in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, France and Germany, China and Japan.
