Polygraph Buys Offergraph

In the US, social media big data specialist Polygraph Media has acquired marketing science-based predictive technology firm Offergraph. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Chris TreadawayFounded by Ian Karnell, Jeremi Karnell and Dr. Edo Airoldi, Austin TX-based Offergraph helps clients identify, target and engage their social media influencers. The firm's 'Graph Analysis' platform will now be integrated with Polygraph's proprietary social media data mining engine, which helps brands optimize paid, owned and earned social media campaigns. As part of the deal, Airoldi becomes Polygraph's Technical Advisor.
