Leger Hires Lambert to Lead New Travel Research Division

Polling, research and strategic marketing firm Leger has opened a Travel Research division, and appointed Sheri Lambert to lead it as Head of Travel and Leisure market research operations in the US and Canada.

Sheri LambertFounded in 1986, Leger employs more than 600 staff in eight offices in Canada, the US and Europe. The firm also owns the legerweb.com panel with more than 400,000 members; customer experience measurement specialist Leger Metrics; and qualitative recruitment and facility rental firm Consumer Vision.

Lambert (pictured) joins with more than 25 years' market research experience. She previously served as SVP at Ipsos in Greater Philadelphia, and prior to Ipsos' 2011 acquisition of Synovate, she worked for the latter firm as Global MD of its Travel and Leisure practice for more than seven years. Earlier, she worked for TNS as President of its Plog Research Travel and Transportation arm, and she held senior roles at automotive and transportation specialist Chilton Automotive Research (acquired by TNS in 1998), and at Ducker Research.

In her new role, Lambert will specialize in supporting Leger's clients across the travel, hospitality, and tourism industries.
