Norstat Names Matt Reynolds UK MD

Oslo, Norway-based fieldwork group Norstat has promoted Matt Reynolds to the position of Managing Director for the UK market. The firm has also appointed Elisabeth Sampaio as Senior Project Manager in the UK.

Norstat provides access to online panels in eighteen countries, and other traditional data collection methods in some of those markets.

Reynolds (pictured) most recently worked as UK Sales Director, having previously held the same title at European online data collection firm ODC Services, acquired by Norstat in 2012. Before this, he held senior consultancy and business development roles at Opinion Matters and OpinionHealth.

Commenting on the promotion, Norstat CEO Are Strom says: 'We are looking at the UK market as a strategic growth area, and making the UK a true standalone operation with local management is a first step. Matt has a done a great job to establish Norstat as a full service data provider in the UK, and we are confident that Norstat UK will grow its market share in the coming years.'

Sampaio was previously the Project Management Team Leader at ICM Direct, and joins with fourteen years' UK industry experience. In her new role, she will help develop local operations and support the client base.
