Online panel services provider Borderless Access has launched a proprietary community and panel management platform, Communisense, which it says will help clients understand and predict panelist behavior across recruitment, engagement, sampling and incentive management.
The platform is designed to ensure higher response rates, tapping into a decade of experience which company President Ruchika Gupta says has given the firm 'an in-depth understanding of the operational challenges in off the shelf community & panel management solutions.' This includes complex issues over when to send email notifications and to which device.
According to Gupta: 'Communisense's core feature is its panel analytics engine that allows us to understand and predict panelists' behaviour and helps us in all our panel health management and engagement initiatives'.
The firm's panels now include more than 1.5 million consumers in seventeen countries, including the recent addition of panels in Nigeria, Colombia and New Zealand. Specialist and niche audience panels cover healthcare, mobile, travel, automobile and finance.
