PeriscopeIQ Buys Opinionmeter International

Customer and employee engagement solutions firm PeriscopeIQ has acquired DIY feedback platform provider Opinionmeter International, for an undisclosed sum.

Opinionmeter offers survey software used on a wide range of mobile devices including phones, tablets, iPods and survey kiosk devices, as well as online and off-line survey apps.

PeriscopeIQ, which claims to gather feedback at every customer touch point through its own platform, says the Opinionmeter acquisition will broaden its own portfolio by adding mobile and real-time SaaS solutions for market, customer and employee research. The acquisition will also expand the footprint of PeriscopeIQ, which now has offices in California, Colorado, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
