Wizeline Upgrades Product Development Tool

In the US, product intelligence company Wizeline has added new 'market needs analysis' functionality to its core offer, to help companies determine the features of a product that are most likely to drive customer value.

Matt PasienskiLaunched last year, Silicon Valley and Guadalajara, Mexico-based Wizeline offers SaaS-based analytics solutions which draw on a variety of data - such as that from sales, customer support, customer engagement and business KPIs - to help clients build customer-focused products.

The system now generates predictive recommendations to identify which product development investments will drive commercial success before development begins. By combining this analysis with other market signals, the tool now promises a picture of what customers actually want and what sells.

Co-founder Matt Pasienski (pictured) says that unlike user panels, customer advisory boards or feedback surveys, Wizeline's solution produces quantified results that can be automatically incorporated into the decision-making process. 'Users can adjust Wizeline's predictive recommendations to weight the results in favor of, or against, a particular market requirement,' he adds.
