Singapore Hire Heralds New Focus on Insight for MSL

Publicis strategic communications subsidiary MSLGROUP has appointed Benjamin Koe as Regional Director of Strategic Insight and Impact, based in Singapore. His remit includes the establishment of insight centres of excellence ('CoEs') in India and China.

Benjamin KoeMSL says the appointment 'significantly scales up its investment and capabilities in insight and measurement', for use in 'driving creative ideas and business impact.'

Koe brings more than ten years' experience in social media listening, analytics, and strategic planning, most recently as CEO and co-founder of social media monitoring and analysis company JamiQ.

Glenn Osaki, the group's Asia President, comments: 'Our industry has been changing at light speed. With larger mandates and marketing budgets given to communications and engagement consultancies, there is increasing demand for the ability to translate data into actionable insights that have the potential to significantly influence perception and drive behavioral change.
