VenueLabs Debuts Listening Service for Small Retailers

Customer experience measurement and analytics specialist VenueLabs has launched a social media listening tool called AboutLocal.

Neil CristSeattle, Washington-based VenueLabs offers tools to track and measure customer experiences as shared on social media. The new AboutLocal tool will create real-time 'streams' of customer feedback from Instagram, and allow clients to access content originating from hundreds of consumer platforms such as Google+ Local, Instagram, Foursquare, Yahoo!, Facebook and Urbanspoon. The tool also lets the retailer know each time customers share their experiences by sending them e-mail alerts.
