HfS Research Hires in US and UK

Outsourcing advisory and analyst firm HfS Research has appointed Barbra Sheridan McGann as Senior Vice President, Research in the US, and Khalda De Souza as Principal Analyst, Services Strategies in the UK.

HfS integrates social media networks with market research and advisory services, and its team of analysts provides insight on business process outsourcing, information technology services, and cloud business services.

Sheridan McGann joins after two decades at global management consultancy Accenture, where she latterly served as Strategic Advisor, Growth & Strategy, developing market and competitive insights on the BPO and global business services markets. Prior to this she helped launch a partnership between Accenture and Microsoft that created IT services company Avanade. In her new role, she will cover the BPO market, with a specific focus on the healthcare and life sciences, public service and marketing services sectors.

London-based De Souza takes up her new role after nearly twenty years at Gartner, most recently as Principal Analyst in charge of European research in enterprise application services - a role including responsibility for market forecasts and trends analysis. At HfS, she will cover developments in IT and BPO across Europe.
